Right in the heart of our estate. Flow to Grow and São Lourenço do Barrocal both have the mission of authenticity and that’s why it feels like the perfect setting to gather and discover the female authenticity. 

How to get here? 
Flight to Lisbon and then 2 hours drive southwards.

The retreat will be in English.

Your investment in yourself:
€1250: Including accommodation (based on 5 nights in a 2 bedroom cottage, breakfast, lunch, dinner and 2 tea breaks) and the mindful-lifestyle program.
Excluding transportation and extra activities (like horse riding, spa & wellness, guided walks or bike tours, wine tastings…).
Transport: more or less €100.
The retreat allows maximum 8 persons: first come, first served.

The balance of €750 is to be paid the last week before arrival date.
