In our farm to table restaurant, enjoy a menu that brings Alentejo to your table along with the freshest ingredients from our organic vegetable garden and farm estate. What we do not produce we get from local producers. We use seasonal and, whenever possible, organic produce.

At the hotel, in a sculpted vaulted room that was once part of an olive oil mill, taste our wines and, at the poolside, linger in the sunset with a cocktail in your hand.
