Though with an exceptionally warm summer, 2015 may be a remarkable year for Alentejo wines. We started picking grapes in mid August as the white grapes were maturing and ended mid September with red grapes that withstand the most, Alicante Boucshet. Though it's still early days that recent fermentations look very promising, with the local Touriga Nacional ranking among the best we've seen. We're looking forward for 2017, once we bottle them.
