With the spirit of a Portuguese summer festivity, where colorful flags, fruit refreshments, and dishes cooked on the grill abound, we celebrate our patron saint, Saint Lawrence, amid the landscape of the 'barrocais'. The day that commemorates the saint is August 13th, but our festival takes place on the Saturday closest to this date - in this case, the 16th of August. For the ones coming back year after year, you already know the drill; for the ones coming for the first time get a taste of our festival: the donkey Jerónimo will be here to greet the children, together with other farm animals, there will be sweet treats for everyone and games for the families to play together. And then, when the sun starts to settle on the horizon, live music will call you into dinner time, to taste the amazing flavours that come from the grill and from the freshness of our organic garden.
