19th August - 13th September 2019
It’s that time of year when scissors fit into the palm of your hand and grape must gets under your feet! The harvest season is here and there are plenty of opportunities to take part in a centuries-old tradition.
Between August 19th and September 13th, you can join our agricultural team and participate in the grape harvest, starting with the white grapes and ending with the red ones. Learn the skills from those who know best and contribute to the creation of 15 bottles of wine by harvesting 20 kg of grapes. Visit our winery in full swing and let our resident oenologist introduce you to the vinification process of both red and white grapes. You might get the chance to grape-stomp the grapes in our concrete fermentation vats if your visit coincides with our red grapes harvest. The visit to the winery is completed with a tasting of our wines. And if you want to finish in full, do it with an oven pot lunch, served by the old bread oven.
