In São Lourenço do Barrocal, in line with the long Alentejo tradition linked to olive oil, there are around 6600 olive trees, many of them several centuries old. Cared for in a sustainable way and using non-intensive farming methods, these trees are the basis of the olive oil we produce in a closed circle - our Galega and Bical olives are harvested on the property, processed and bottled in our olive press.
Discover all the details of our olive oil production following its entire cycle: start with a tour of our olive grove, where our team will explain everything about the majestic olive tree, then proceed to the olive press, where you will understand how the cycle closes and olives get turned into oil. Finish with a technical tasting of our olive oils, so that in the future you can better understand how to distinguish a high-quality oil and the work that goes into making it.
